How do I mount my product ?

All our products are supplied with installation/assembly instructions. If your product does not have instructions, you can find them on our website under the "manual" tab on the product page.

How do I repair my product ?

There are several options available to you :

- First of all, you repair it yourself by buying the necessary spare parts (see FAQ "spare parts") and by following the tutorials available on the product page. *Please note that if your product is guaranteed, you do not have to repair it yourself*

-You can also contact our technical service via the online form to return it to our warehouse for a repair estimate.

How do I maintain my product ?

You can find YouTube channel with tutorials to help you care for your products and you can subscribe to be informed when new videos are released.

You can also access the tutorials for each product by going to their pages and clicking on the tutorial tab (see image below).

How do I repair a flat tyre on my scooter ?

How to repair a non-guaranteed product ?

Several options are available to you :

- You can first repair it yourself by buying the necessary spare parts (see FAQ "spare parts" in "commercial information") and by following the tutorials.*Please note that if your product is guaranteed, you should not repair it yourself *

-You can also contact our technical department to return it to our warehouse for a repair estimate.
